Silver Imprint Jewellery Keepsakes

  For your fingerprint jewellery keepsakes each fingerprint is made by imprinting the finger directly into the silver clay. This way a clear, defined and accurate fingerprint is captured each time. 

For a baby it is advisable to wait until your newborn is at least 6 months old. Obviously all chidren develop at different rates. It is possible to take the fingerprint impression as soon as your baby arrives but the lines will not be visible. Some parents like to capture how tiny their new born is very early on in a precious new born first keepsake. 

 Hand and footprints are taken as ink prints which are then reduced in size and made into stamps. I then carefully imprint into precious metal silver clay. As much of the detail and the lines is included in the silver charm as possible. The older a child is the more detail will be picked up in their hand print.
